Concept Paper If, after a review of these criteria, you are eligible and interested, we ask that you submit to us a 1-2 page concept paper outlining your project idea (see below). You may submit a concept paper at any time. Ukrainian organizations are asked to submit concepts to the FARM office in Kyiv. Canadian organizations should submit concepts to the FARM office in Regina.
If the concept and organizations meet the criteria and the concept fits with FARM’s mandate, the organizations will be invited to submit a complete proposal. A guide has been developed by FARM to assist you in this process. FARM Grant Fund proposals will be considered at regular intervals throughout the life of FARM. Once received, proposals are grouped and submitted to FARM’s Canada-based Technical Advisory Group for their evaluation and recommendations. The final decisions regarding approval of each Grant Fund proposal rests with the Program's Steering Committee. The next deadline for Grant Facility proposal submissions is listed in FARM News and Events. Please remember that the Grant Fund Proposal is only submitted after the approval of the Concept Paper. |
