FARM Activity in Luhansk Oblast “Improvement of access and information provision through mobile consultancy office operation” NGO Partnership in partnership with the FARM program are initiating a project that is aimed to contribute to timely, regular and effective information provision for rural communites. This goal will be achieved through the establishment of a mobile office that will be traveling to number of villages within the Luhansk Oblast and providing rural dwellers with basic extension services. Status: Quarter 2 activities underway. Completed Projects "Development of Information Marketing Network for Small Household Plot Owners" Public organization "Partnership" (Stakhanov, Luhansk Oblast) partnered with Alberta Community and Cooperative Association (ACCA, Alberta). This project was aimed at the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas by increasing rural dwellers awarness of entrepreneurship. Key activities included trainings, specialized seminars, roundtables, and the creation of information centres. Through these activities the necessary conditions for the development of operations and increased of small agriculture enterprises and private entrepreneures were realized.
